Villa Badaro has been one of my favorite spots for many years. An old villa home turned into a restaurant in the heart of Badaro with a very authentic vibe. As you enter the villa's big door curtains, you will see the garden-like restaurant feeling.
Reservations are preferred, especially if you are going at night on a Friday and Saturday since many people are rushing to go there for dinner. The cuisine is Mediterranean, Italian and American, ranging from starters to salads to main dishes to pasta. The pastas change per day, depending on the chef's speciality.
I personally have tried the shrimp red pasta and it tasted really good, along with the Portobello mushrooms (so good).
They also have "happy hour" every day from 16:00 - 20:00! And on Saturdays from 11:00 - 16:00 they have a brunch/lunch set offers
I am a fan of gardens and I prefer eating in a garden than somewhere inside and that is why I recommend Villa Badaro.

The best part? The garden has no gates and is accessible 24/7. Most locals don't know it because barely anyone is walking in the midst of highways.
