Heard of a croffle? What about an egg drop sandwich? Well, let me introduce you to your new favourite brunch food. Even if you've heard of these two before, you must try Puffle Bees. They both specialise and excel in these brunch foods.
Their croffles (croissant dough made in a waffle iron) are incredible, and they offer both savoury and sweet versions of this delectable breakfast food. They have over a dozen kinds of croffle plates you can try and even have a couple of plant-based variations. My favourite of their croffles has to be their salted peanut banana caramel version. Whipped salted peanut butter with candied nuts and caramelized banana expertly placed on a decadent croffle. It is a must-try.
Their egg drop sandwiches are just as tasty. They offer a few types of this sandwich, which was originally popularized in Korea. Their shrimp version is probably my favorite, although I think I'll try their fried chicken version next time. Delicious! They are a perfect addition to Berlin's growing and prospering brunch scene.
