Sometimes I just have a craving for sushi. And when that craving hits, going to The Catch is always my first choice. Located in Charlottenburg's lively Bleibtreukiez (the neighbourhood surrounding Bleibtreustraße), The Catch is a place that wholly specialises in (raw) fish. This is subjective of course, but multiple sources from friends to fellow blogs agree that this is one of the best places in Berlin to indulge in fresh fish. Their sushi is inventive (check this out: Rolled Dragon – Eel, Tiger Prawns, Avocado, Cucumber, Tobiko, Unagi Sauce, Mayo), and even though I have a hard time NOT picking from their rolls, I know that their bowls and grilled options are also always worth an order.
And don't forget dessert: I like their hand-made mochi (bite-sized, chewy rice flour balls filled with ice cream) so much that I have ordered just these to go to take on a walk with friends!

They take the traditional döner in Berlin and transform it into a borderline art form. With flavorful sauces, meat, vegetables, spices, herbs, bread, and cheese, there's no wonder each bite tastes better than the last.

Heard of a croffle? What about an egg drop sandwich? Well, let me introduce you to your new favourite brunch food. Even if you've heard of these two before, you must try Puffle Bees.

For €2, you can enjoy their falafel, shawarma, or kafta wrap. Their falafel wrap can be fully plant-based, too, just let them know, so they omit some sauces. They're better off as a snack because they're a bit on the smaller side.
