Sometimes I just have a craving for sushi. And when that craving hits, going to The Catch is always my first choice. Located in Charlottenburg’s lively Bleibtreukiez (the neighbourhood surrounding Bleibtreustraße), The Catch is a place that wholly specialises in (raw) fish. This is subjective of course, but multiple sources from friends to fellow blogs agree that this is one of the best places in Berlin to indulge in fresh fish. Their sushi is inventive (check this out: Rolled Dragon –  Eel, Tiger Prawns, Avocado, Cucumber, Tobiko, Unagi Sauce, Mayo), and even though I have a hard time NOT picking from their rolls, I know that their bowls and grilled options are also always worth an order.

And don’t forget dessert: I like their hand-made mochi (bite-sized, chewy rice flour balls filled with ice cream) so much that I have ordered just these to go to take on a walk with friends!
