Want to get to see some truly amazing art without ever paying entrance to a snobby exhibition or gallery? Just get on the Ringbahn, a train that travels all of the city in about an hour. It is going in a circle in two directions, and you will definitely get to see amazing art on your way - street art, to be precise, for all of the trail is painted with the graffities of Berlin and international heavy hitters from the scene.
The graffiti scene in Berlin knows no boundaries, so you can witness some really extraordinary paintings - some of which are even legal. It should be mandatory for every tourist to get on this train, because, you will also get to cross nearly every district and see the amazing changes the city is affected by on your way.
It is a great pleasure to get on the Ringbahn by night and enjoy yourself just cruising with some friends - it is also Berlin's party train, connecting East and West Berlin. Get off wherever you like and discover something exciting and new. The next Ringbahn station is never far.
