If you are craving burritos, tacos, burgers or hearty bowls for lunch, dinner, or something in between, this is the place to be: Burrito Bandito serves some of the most delicious street food in Bern. The meat is from the local butcher, and there are vegan/vegetarian options for most dishes. The owner, originally from California, wanted to bring yummy, healthy Californian-Mexican soul food from back home to Switzerland. And let me tell you, he succeeded!
The food is available to eat-in, takeout or delivery. I recommend a homemade lemonade with your burrito – the best way to quench your thirst.
Pro tip: The restaurant is on your way to the Münster, so why not grab your food to go and enjoy it at the bustling Münsterplattform? Face toward the sky, bask in the sun, or just watch the locals playing Boule (a French outdoor game where players toss metal balls toward a small target). Epic!
