In sustainibility heaven
I was looking for a gift for my friend the other day, and I knew exactly where to go: the Zweiblatt Concept Store. The store is located at the beginning of the Old Town in the popular shopping street Marktgasse. If you don't know the store, you could easily walk past it. The entrance is under the street level. More precisely, a staircase leads down into the store. A cellar shop - one of many in the city of Bern.
As soon as you descend into the store, you are greeted by a friendly «Hello». The staff is welcoming and attentive. Are you looking for something in particular? They are happy to help you. Not quite sure what you're looking for? They are happy to help you. In the Zweiblatt Concept Store, you will find many different things. From colorful socks and trendy clothing to jewelry, mugs and drinking bottles, as well as make-up and hygiene products, you'll find almost everything – a smorgasbord of sustainability. The labels are all fairly produced or help you reduce your ecological footprint.
Every time I browse through Zweiblatt Concept Store, it's a score! I find what I was looking for and leave the store happy – for example, with a colorful drinking bottle painted with flowers for my friend.
