The magic garden (as I call it) is hidden between the Münsterpflattform and the garden plots. If you decide against taking the elevator and instead use the stairs behind the Münster Cathedral, you will find a place that accompanied me in my childhood. Approximately halfway up, on the left-hand side between the railing of the wooden staircase and the stone wall, there is a roundup. This roundup reveals the magic garden. I call it that because the owner decorates the garden with objects that actually do not belong there. Shoes, doll heads, mirrors, dishes and much more. The longer you look, the more so-called Easter eggs you actually find. Everything is lovingly arranged.
The best thing about it is that the owner constantly changes the decoration. Even the flowers and plants change from summer to summer. So the little garden looks a little different every time you go there. On the right side, you can also enjoy the view of the garden plots, whose flowers blossom in all colours, which is another bonus.

Nature is claiming back the city - a powerful image. The mural was painted by Paul Stämpfli in 1987, way before the world was discussing climate change.

I especially like that they have about a dozen bottles by the glass and that they offer you to try several wines before you settle for a good drop.
