I'm Emilia, I'm Italian and I have been living in Brussels since 2018. I'm a food enthusiast who loves discovering new spots, as well as experimenting with different cuisines by cooking for friends and family.
Why Brussels?
Brussels is a unique city, a multinational crossroads that brings together people from all over the world and with different cultures. One of the things I love about Brussels is the chance to try food from so many different cuisines. You can never really get bored here!
Tatar was born with the intent to bring together a fine cuisine that mixes Mediterranean and Japanese tastes and mixology. Cocktails wise, I chose Osaka!

If you come with a group, I suggest taking the “Moriawase” (Japanese for “assortment”), a larger plate that is easier to share and to try different things.

Peaking at my neighbors' plates, I decided to try the bass with garlic oil, ginger, and furikake, and the tartare de boeuf with pepper mousse and pickles on the side.
