Monk Brussels has it all: a very wide selection of beers to choose from, cocktails, a nice terrace, live music on Saturdays AND last but definitely not least, a spaghetti restaurant in the back of the cafe! In the spaghetti restaurant, they serve their well-known signature spaghettis with special cheeses to choose from, like Orval. Ten years ago, the owner decided to change the smoking area of the bar into a spaghetti restaurant at the back of the bar, and it's been a real success ever since!
At the bar, you have so many beers to choose from. I would recommend trying some beers from the Brussels Beer Project (check Sarah's spot). If you're visiting Brussels, you have to try them! I would recommend trying Delta IPA for a real Belgian beer taste or Jungle Joy for those who are more into fruity beers. In addition to the wide choice of beers, they also serve delicious cocktails. Monk changes its cocktail menu regularly to give you some new options to try!
The bar also has an extra space upstairs that can be rented for spaghetti parties for any occasion. So if you've always wanted a spaghetti-birthday party, Monk Bar is the place to be!
Monk is the perfect place to have a drink with friends after school or work because of its extensive drinks menu - there's always something new to try! And in case you get hungry, a plate of spaghetti is never far away!

Sando is a nice nickname Japanese use for sandwiches. I love it! Sandwiches have a sauce more or less spicy and are filled with veggies and/or meat or tofu.

The "Zinneke" in Brussels is a statue of a dog that, to me, is an accurate symbol of my city with so many contrasts, but that likes to laugh about them...

There's nothing in Brussels like "Le Corbeau". It's a brasserie, a local restaurant/bar, but at night it becomes the opposite of Cinderella's fairytale...

"Bois de La Cambre" is the preferred spot for me on a sunny day in Brussels. There is more to this park than a spot to have a picnic.

"Parc Leopold" is quiet, it's small and it's hidden. It's one of my favorite places to picnic in Brussels or to rest on one of the benches.
