When you are in doubt and have run out of options or you are in a hurry and have run out of patience, Olivo is there for just that: to handle your hunger and serve you one of the best pizzas in town, with the option to mix and match all your cravings in one round plate of heaven. I have visited this place several times, and each time I choose the half and half option so as to not have to compromise any of my preferences.
Right next to your table, the chef will be within your sight, prepping your dinner or lunch while you wait there, counting the minutes, watching the oven and anticipating taking the first bite and simply going silent till you are done with the plate. You can kill the waiting time by treating yourself to their rucola salad which is also a signature plate.
Located on one of the quietest streets in Zamalek adds up to the pros of the spot, not to forget mentioning their amazing hospitality and their unique drink list.
