Käseglück is a cheese shop that sells raw milk cheeses, cheese accompaniments, wines and spirits. My favourite from this shop is Le Saveur du Maquis, a Corsican sheep's milk cheese covered in aromatic herbs and topped with a few bird chillies.
The owner, a Fromelière, is friendly, helpful and always happy to make recommendations. You can order cheese by email, but also cheese platters (with or without a wooden board) and cheese fondue (the cheese can be grated on request). What they also offer, but which I have not yet tried, are events (cheese tastings, workshops on how to make your own cheese) and wedding cakes made of cheese.
Käseglück is an 8-minute walk from Cologne Dellbrück station, which is 14 minutes by train from Cologne Central Station (S11). While in Cologne Dellbrück, you can also go for a walk in the Dellbrücker Heide nature reserve or have dinner at the family-run Knippschild Werk 2 restaurant.
