Trattoria Salento is the restaurant we went to on the day we moved to Cologne to celebrate a hard day of moving. So it has a special place in our earliest memories of the city we now call home. We regularly return to Trattoria Salento to celebrate birthdays, for example.
Trattoria Salento is a cosy and intimate Italian restaurant with a covered terrace at the front. The menu changes daily as they cook with seasonal and fresh ingredients. The last couple of times we ate there we had a huge antipasto platter, grilled sea bream and liver with sage butter. All of which were delicious! You can check out their Facebook page for mouth-watering photos of what they are currently serving.
You can book a table by phone or email, and for a crazy night out afterwards, the club Odonien is not too far away (12 minutes by public transport).
