CIBO is an Italian place close to Amager Beach, the closest beach to the city center of Copenhagen. It doesn't really have a sea view, but depending on how the waters move in the internal canals, you might see some water!
The beach is a few steps away where – in clear weather – you can admire the city of Malmö, including the skyscraper Malmö Torso, and the Øresund bridge, which connects Denmark to Sweden, as well as the Blå Planet (Copenhagen Aquarium) and planes taking off and landing.
It is quite small, but that's why it is so cozy. More space outdoors in the summer, though, and better views! I particularly like the truly Italian strong espresso and the fact that it is a nice 'stop' between the rest of the city and the beach.
