Right next to Bispebjerg Station, you'll find another green oasis surrounded by the city buzz. Many simply bike through on their way between city boroughs, but this park is worth a little more time. What's especially great about this patch of nature is the huge grass lawn. A lot of groups come here to play soccer, frisbee or just to give their dog a good run, and it's no bother at all to the people taking a nap or enjoying a family gathering. There's plenty of space for everyone.
In the summer, the playground is a popular place, and because there's also a public restroom, it's a lovely park for a picnic. The park is neighboring the old Bispebjerg Hospital, which was built in 1913. The grounds and buildings are quite beautiful, and I recommend taking a walk through the area. Even if you stay in the park, the main hospital building is towering at the top of the hill, giving you a historic view.
