As a confessed coffee addict, I make it my business to know where in my neighbourhood to get the best coffee.
There are several places to choose from, but Nordic Roasting Co. is a bit of a secret gem. Located on the edge of an old industrial area and wedged in between a handful of small garages and car repair shops, it does not seem a likely place to go hunting for deluxe coffee. But it’s worth the small detour.
Nordic Coffee Roasters is about more than just coffee. It’s a handcrafted coffee roastery with a mission to provide their customers with high-quality, sustainable and ethically-sourced specialty coffee.
Besides serving an excellent cortado they sell a variety of high-quality coffee beans, brew gear and home espresso machines. They also arrange barista classes and coffee workshops for dedicated coffee nerds.
On top of that, the guys in the shop are really, really nice, helpful and friendly.
