I'm sure you've heard this before: "I promise you, this is the best burger in town" and Dublin indeed is a full-time burger place. You can find them everywhere, it's almost as popular a dish as fish and chips itself. And you might even think: a burger is a burger, not a big deal. BUT! Let me introduce you to THE BURGER! Honestly, if I was not to eat anything else for the rest of my life, but this burger, I would be absolutely happy with it. Not only each bite feels like a new adventure, but everything else is cook to absolute perfection (yes, I'm talking about fries too).
This is a pandemic baby, as they opened their doors during the difficult time, with barely any way to sell food in Dublin. The owner searched Belgium for the best beers and recipes to bring them here and boy he did not disappoint. There are two sister restaurants with the same menu so pop your head and say hello to whichever is closer to your journey (the second location is on 6-11 Kevin Street Lower). The staff is absolutely lovely and you can see they are also very passionate about food. It's a recipe for burger perfection.
