Despite the meaning of its acronym, "fuk" became quite a popular place over the last couple of years. Situated in the very central neighbourhood of Santa Croce, just beside Teatro (theatre) Verdi, it enjoys the international "movida" of that area during weekend nights.
On the other hand, I have to say that I prefer it during weekdays, when I can simply go there not worrying about finding room (especially during Winter nights) and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the friendly company of the bartenders. A relaxed and easy-going style is something the owners are very proud about: they claim they established "fuk" out of nothing, not caring much about the small size of the location and its furnishings, just focusing on friendly and skilled bar-tending and a relaxing environment where people could talk while having a glass.
By the way, I forgot to mention that the other thing they are very proud about are their creative cocktails.
