So you want a Michelin star experience in Florence? Well, you have a nice choice because there are a good amount of them in the city. Let's talk about the youngest restaurant that got its star in 2016.Filippo Saporito, the chef, has brought this restaurant in a very short time to have a star and put all his creativity and love for his cuisine to create a new reality.
If you want to have a cool experience you can choose from two different tasting menus, one for 80€ or one for 110€ for whoever really wants to see how much they can pack in, without wine of course. If you have a special occasion coming up, make sure to let the staff know: they will love to help organize even a private dinner for you or a special menu. For the summer there is a terrace, but it is really cozy in the winter!
The tasting menu is amazing: I enjoyed every dish, and the handmade bread is amazing, they put passion and effort into every detail. After dessert, Filippo will personally bring you for a small tour around the villa, so don't go for dinner too late. I also got to bring a box of sweets home with me. Nothing is better then spoiling a woman with sugar and a sweet smile. I felt at home. No proposal, but it would be a perfect place!
