Restaurant Olo is one of the few Michelin restaurants in Helsinki and I admire the work they do in and out of the kitchen. Dinner at Restaurant Olo is an experience which I would want to have more often. All the combinations and details of the dishes are well thought out and as they say they want to take the guest on a flavour journey.
Natural flavours are in the spotlight which makes the ingredients the stars of the table. The ingredients are of the highest quality coming from local and Nordic small producers. I think one of the most important features of a dish is the looks and Restaurant Olo absolutely makes plating a form of art.
I know they will not disappoint and always offer a journey into flavour one will never forget. Restaurant Olo is definitely one of those places I can always take my international or Finnish guests for lunch or dinner while visiting Helsinki.
Just recently Restaurant Olo opened up a bit more easy going Olo Garden attached to the restaurant which you should also check out when looking for a casual dining experience.
