Breakfast matters to me. I do not necessarily eat in the mornings but when I do I like to eat good stuff, something delicious and full of nutrition. Beyaz Fırın Kanyon is my weekday breakfast spot.
Originally, Beyaz Fırın used to be a famous and historical (started in mid-1800s) bakery. They have 8 branches across the city, both in the Asian and European parts. They all serve a wide variety of breakfast options, well-presented dishes, delicious cakes, fresh pastries etc.
Kanyon branch is the one close to my office. It's located inside Kanyon mall. It's easy to get there by public transportation and if you have your own car, parking lot and valet service is also provided. The cafe has a wide terrace in front of it so it is possible to sit inside or outdoors. On weekdays they serve breakfast till noon time. The options are countless. You can choose something from the menu or get together your own perfect breakfast by choosing among delicatessens and bakery goods.
My favorite breakfast option is the "fit plate". Nutrition-wise it has everything one might need: protein, greens, healthy oils and vitamins. It is gluten and sugar-free. If this doesn't interest you, no worries they also serve the best sweets and pastries.
