Sprout is a charming and chic little pizza spot; not quite street food, but also not a formal restaurant. It has a modern, minimalist style with table service, and although the space is small, it feels welcoming and thoughtfully designed. Their menu is short but carefully curated, focusing on a few well-executed options rather than an overwhelming list.
We tried the funghi pizza, and it was delicious, enough to make us excited to go back and try the rest. What sets Sprout apart is their attention to ingredients. For example, their pepperoni is specially made by a local butcher, and they pick the mushrooms themselves right from the forest. These choices really show in the flavor.
They do have official closing hours, but since they produce limited quantities, they close early if they run out for the day, so going earlier might be wiser or check out their IG before going. Their house-made bread and sauces are also worth mentioning; both are genuinely tasty and complement the pizzas perfectly.
We didn’t have room left for the tiramisu, but it’s definitely on the list for next time. Overall, Sprout is a great spot if you’re looking for quality, thoughtfully prepared pizza in a stylish and cute setting.
