The perfect spot to relax in between two neighbourhoods, Penha de Franca and Arroios. That is the only place where you can sunbathe even in the winter, all the people from the neighbourhood sitting there like cats catching the afternoon sun. Teenagers and youngsters playing basketball. Kidos or adults with childish spirits like me sliding on the huge slide in the upper part of the park.
There is also a community garden project where people have an opportunity to plant their herbs, veggies, and fruits. It's a perfect place for your afternoon coffee, lunch, or reading break in the winter. Wonderful place to watch sunsets in the summer or just a simple scenic shortcut in between the neighbourhoods.
