The most charming small park in Lisbon, my personal favourite. The place where I go every Saturday after my weekly veggie shopping, where I eat pastries from Marquise (the lovely bakery just a few steps away).
You can just sit and observe the interesting crowd- the perfect blend of young couples enjoying their coffee, old gentlemen walking their dogs, kids chasing the pigeons. There is a fountain dominating the space in the middle and, a few benches where you can chill, big trees providing nice shade. This small gem is surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, and wine bars. In the summer, you can go and grab a bottle of wine from a Blacksheep, they will give you wine glasses in exchange for a deposit, and you are in for a treat.
