Trinca is a small restaurant in the Anjos neighbourhood focused on a tapas-style menu. They like fusion here, so you can choose from Mexican-style things like tortilla soups or octopus tacos, you can try labneh with sweet potatoes and chilli crisps or go for katsu sando.
You shouldn't miss the cheese here, it's a goat chevre-like cheese from a small producer, it's called CHIBA and trust me, it's delicious. They have quite an extensive menu, with many vegetarian options. I advise you to try their weekly special lunch offer. You can often find some Portuguese classics like tomato rice with codfish patties, which tastes incredible.
It's quite small, but it feels very cozy and welcoming. It has a great vibe and you have many options on how to stay hydrated from Portuguese beer and wine to mezcal cocktails.
