A new taproom has emerged in 2021 just a short walk from Ljubljana center and an even shorter walk from my home, which makes me extremely happy. Tektonik Craft Brewery has been alive since 2016 and since then has proven its ultimate dedication. How, you ask; in so many things: the search for the taste of amazing beer, the playfulness of said tastes, like the hazelnut porter they made last winter, and last but not least, their dedication to details. Meaning their cute logo, beer names, label designs, slogans, and finally the new taproom.
The place is not too big, it has a few tables inside and some outside. Through the windows you can see where the magic happens: the brewery. They have six beers on tap, some regulars, like ridiculously good Czech pilsner Čehur, lager, session IPA, and some special barrels which will only be available there. Those are labeled with OL which stands for "open league" (odprta liga in Slovenian).
At the moment they have great gose (with peaches) and Oat pale ale. Don’t go there in rush, it's a cool place and you might just linger around.
