Han Bat is probably the best beef soup in Korea Town. Known to make Korean comfort food, it's a small restaurant that did not take credit cards until recently. Korean beef soup is made from beef bone broth. The service is really fast. You can also get some kimchi.
To eat the beef soup, add some chives that are passed around the tables and customers. Add some spicy chili and some salt. I usually put rice into my beef soup. Also, I make mine spicy. If you eat other soups around town, it's not gonna be as tasty as here - believe me, I've tried.
The simplicity of this restaurant is that it only serves 2 items, beef soup and meat. It's fast service and yummy soup.
If you are adventurous with your food, try yours with tripe, spleen, and tongue. Or I just get the mixed version. :-)
You can also put rice in the soup.
Don't forget the salt!
