As extraordinary as Mexican food can be, it's nice to switch it up a little bit, right?
This place started as a delivery service of Mexican vegan food around the neighborhood. Now it has become one of the best places to find vegan and ethnic Mexican food around the city. You don't have to be vegan or vegetarian to come here. They not only offer green and avocado sandwiches, but they also offer seasonal menus that focus on local produce with a lot of creativity.
They offer a variety of vegan ceviches, agua chiles, and tacos, to name a few. While most dishes are Mexican-inspired, you can also find some with an Asian explosion of smoky, spicy, and unique flavors.
They are also a plastic-free restaurant, which is super impressive! It is a bit pricey compared to other vegan spots in Mexico City, but still, their flavors are surprising.
