Sometimes the city can be stressful, but that doesn't mean there aren't spaces we can visit to relax and enjoy nature. Only 5 minutes from Santa Fe (it's a really busy financial/office neighborhood), Vista al Bosque is a golf range surrounded by a lovely forest area.Â
Vista al Bosque literally translated to "View to the Woods" which I honestly think is an incredibly accuarate name for this place. Vista al Bosque includes a golf range with about 30 playing mats, as well as a 2 par golf course (with a tiny pond included!) and a mini golf course of about 5 holes.Â
So, with plenty of golf playing choices, the only thing left is to actually hit the ball. It has been super hard for me to learn to hit golf balls since I'm a lefty, but a great thing about Vista al Bosque is that it offers lefty golf clubs for rent as well as lessons that promise to teach you or, if that's your case, improve your swing.Â
Other offers by Vista del Bosque include snacks and a golf store, where I found my pink, lefty golf glove, hooray!Â
For me, this place is a real winner for the great time you can have, it doesn't matter if you're not very familiar with golf - the lovely sights and the relaxing aura of this place are bound to offer a great experience.
