Who is not into ice cream?! This ice cream shop is really special, as they use organic products and everything is made here. It's a great alternative for those who don't do dairy. Instead, they use cashew and coconut products as a base for the ice cream. Each month they have different flavors, usually seasonal fruit flavors or new creations. Also, you shouldn't feel guilty when getting two or three scoops, as the ice cream is sweetened with agave syrup.
This shop is a great sustainable business initiative. The first time I visited it, I found out that they use solar panels and rain collectors to capture rainwater that they then use to wash their utensils, while organic waste is used to produce compost.
Apart from ice cream, you can find the famous affogato and a big selection of teas and coffees. Definitely a must stop when in Colonia Roma.
