By now you've probably all realized that I am a sushi addict! I could have sushi or Japanese food at least five days a week! That being said I am somewhat picky when it comes to finding a good spot! I would rather have quality sushi once a week instead of eating all you can eat sushi everyday...for me it is a matter of quality over quantity. Sumire serves authentic quality sushi made by a Japanese chef!
The place is very casual and unpretentious when it comes to the ambiance and atmosphere but very on point when it comes to the food! Here the sushi offering is traditional so you will not see any uramaki with cream cheese or "American inspired" ingredients. If you are not in the mood for sushi you can also try their delicious curry dishes! Their specialty is the typical dishes from the Osaka region of Japan.
I recommend trying the delicious soba or just asking the friendly staff for their personal favorite! I almost forgot to mention that this restaurant is situated only 5 minutes away from the lovely Brera neighborhood!
