I’ve visited several spots to see Minsk from above while showing the city to guests. However, if you enjoy scenic landscapes as much as I do, I suggest you give this panoramic elevator ride a try.
The elevator will take you to the observation deck at a height of 73 meters. Other spots overlook residential buildings, but this one is special, as it offers a view over the river Śvisłač at its finest. Don’t forget to take some cool cityscape shots to keep your friends updated on Instagram! You will most probably be the only visitor(s), no matter what time slot you choose, so no reservations are needed unless you decide to rent the deck for a special occasion (a party or a romantic dinner). This is an open-air deck on the rooftop, so check the weather forecast beforehand - it can get quite windy up there.
All in all, this picturesque experience would go very well with a walk up to Kamunistyčnaja 52 to see (believe it or not) the statues of Nike of Samothrace and Apollo Belvedere. Well, copies, but still!
