Another spot that changed its name after the events in Belarus in 2020. :) The original name of the spot was Let it Be. It is a nice, minimalistic place. And it's kinda niche. Their concept is making toast, sweet and savory pastries, and just different kinds of bread combined with good wine and quality coffee. You could say it's just another Minsk bakery, but it's not. I mean, dishes here are like "onion bread with smoked tomatoes, ricotta, and pesto". So, it's like "bread with something". Gosh, am I terrible at explaining things?
Maybe it isn't the place for everyone. But if you get their concept, you will enjoy having dinner here a lot. For example, I really like a croissant with guacamole and prosciutto from the breakfast menu. Their English muffin with steak, fried eggs and cheddar is also very noteworthy.
All the wine here is good. You can expect fewer different wine options on the menu, but all of them are carefully selected. And, you can ask for the "wine of the day". A couple of times I was very pleasantly surprised.
So, I encourage you to explore something new! Even if it is as old as bread and wine combined. :)
