It's difficult to write about a coffee place, because it's a just a coffee place. But providing good coffee isn't an easy task. I chose Campanelli for the simple reason it's the closest from my place when going to work and/or being late and in the need for a coffee to survive.
After a few weeks, I started to observe and like the crowd stopping by here. It's a mix of sporty and early bikers on the way to the canal and people like me going to work. And in my case, I'm often not completely awake while ordering my warm drink there, so I'm always grateful to the friendly staff to be able to decipher my wish - a wish usually deliver in a mix of French and English or an obscure zombie language... But it's working, I'm always leaving this place with a smile on my face, a coffee in one hand and very probably a pastry in the other hand.
