I am always excited and somehow really proud of my city when I discover the oh-so many cool places and activities that it offers. One of the latest spots that immediately became one of my favourites is Vlkova 26. Lately, I have been enjoying techno and drum ‘n’ bass vibes and this bar is a perfect place to experience all of it. Techno bars are still not a Czech thing, but I feel that places like that will appear more often and I can only be happy about it. There are many expats visiting but hopefully I will be meeting more locals there in the future.
Vlkova 26 is hidden in the streets of Prague 3, not very far from the city centre, and you surely won’t get lost because the bar’s name is actually the street name and number. It possesses great atmosphere, nice cozy lights and great music events. On the weekends, it is really busy and fun with great cocktails and super-nice bartenders that are true professionals and make your evening even more enjoyable. I can only recommend this spot if you want to avoid tourist crowds and enjoy great evening anyways.
"Podolský Profil" is a great place to go hiking to in Prague during summer. It has a great view over an old swimming pool and it's in the middle of nature.
