Hellooo! Good morning Lady! How is your daughter doing? Still in bed? Yes, this flu is a nasty one. I hope she gets well soon! Another cappuccino for you? With a smile and warmth, you're welcomed when ordering your coffee at this little stall next to the Erasmus Hospital. Four days per week, he's here, starting around 07:30, serving fresh coffee for super reasonable prices to students at the University (where I work) and employees of the Erasmus Hospital. Additionally, he also brings delicious baked goods from his father-in-law, that owns a bakery (Bakkerij Vlot), don't miss out on the scone, the cheesestick (kaasstengel) or giant Mergpijp!
Every Tuesday morning, my husband (Jorn) and I start the day with a coffee and a scone, which is highly recommended as well! Just taking 10 mins before going to work, watching people and the city wake up.
