Patricia's Green offers a heavenly refuge from the bustling center of Hayes Valley. While the neighborhood has quickly taken a trendy turn with restaurants, boutiques, and bars, the center of it all remains a green sanctuary. Dogs come in and out of this park every day to mingle with friends, and people gather to share a cup of coffee.
The pop-ups nearby include the Juice Shop and Ritual Coffee Roasters, which see regulars every day. The park hosts art installations which come and go every few months, this time featuring a beautiful wooden piece built for Burning Man.
Visitors write notes to those who have passed on, or people jot down fleeting thoughts. The park is a beautiful centerpiece to this growing neighborhood and is worth spending an afternoon in.
