I had knee surgery a few years back and to make me feel better, my boys took me to this previously unknown (to me) restaurant. When I asked where we were going, they said "don’t worry, it’s really good". I took them at their word. I’m a steak and potatoes kind of gal so I guess they just wanted to break me out of my mold. And the mold has definitely been broken.
In that moment I did my best to be open-minded, so my introduction to Cha Cha Cha was an adventure and as much as I hate to admit it, they were right. Even more than that, it was and is phenomenal! Even if you’re not familiar with Cuban food, you will find something to fall in love with in this restaurant.
On our most recent visit, we began with chips and salsa, progressed to Chicken Paillard, Cajun Shrimp, Pork Quesadilla, and of course, their signature rice, black beans, and incredible sangria.
The service was great (as usual), the ambiance was fun, and the place was packed with happy people enjoying themselves. It’s my go-to restaurant and I’m sure it will soon be yours.
