I come for the classics. The sharska pleskavica with kajmak is the move, rich and juicy, with that creamy lift that makes the plate sing. Then the seasonal house meze that everyone waits for, the homemade ajvar, pindzur, and malidzhano that taste like someone’s best family recipe. Simple plates, serious flavor.
Toto’s pull is not hype. It is the steady mix of home spirit, relaxed atmosphere, and food that has earned trust across three decades. Look around and you will see why the room stays full. Guests enjoy every minute because they know what is coming from the kitchen and they know it will be good.
For me, Toto is a small Skopje landmark, a rare diamond in the city’s hospitality scene. Come for the burger with kajmak, stay for the meze, leave with that quiet feeling that you just ate where tradition still matters.
