Waffles. You won't find many places that serve this delicious Belgian specialty in Skopje. In fact, I don't think that you'll find another place that offers as many different shapes and sizes of this cake as "Martini" does.
You will find it in the "Leptokarija" neighborhood, about 3 km from the city center. The place has interesting interior decoration, maybe even too interesting for my taste, and it has a beautiful garden for the warmer months of the year. As for the food, there is a wide choice of plates, salads, pancakes, but the Belgian Waffles are the talk of the day. You have over 20 different types of savory or sweet, plus you can order a customized waffle with the additions you like. I'll advise you to try them both. Start with a savory one, let's say Club Sandwich Waffle, and then continue on with a sweet one, for instance Sour Cherry. Throw in a Mojito with fresh mint leaves, and heaven awaits you.
