If you decide to have a walk in the old Sofia center or the so-called Jewish Quarter: the area locked between Maria Luisa Blvd., Rakovski Blvd., Slivnitsa Blvd. and Dondukov Blvd., be sure not to miss this amazing atelier for porcelain goods!
Even if you are not into buying mugs, I think you will appreciate the talent and creativity behind them and the place itself. And I am sure you will find a special mug for any of your friends from here.
Ivan and Stoyko, the artisans, craft handmade porcelain mugs, plates, bowls and home decorations. Plus, in their shop you will find a lot of cool stuff like bags, postcards, magnets and prints by other local artists. Looking for a traditional tourist gift? This place will offer you one of the best handcrafted Sofia souvenirs called simply 'From Sofia'.
Keep in mind that the design of the window showcase is changed quite often, so you will see something that won't be repeated again. And finally - the people there are very friendly and open for a small chat.
And if in the area, I recommend you fill your bottle with mineral water from the Healing springs and/or have a burger from Skapto.
