About me
I work as Engineer during the week and as an Explorer during the weekend. I love visiting new places and exploring the hidden corners of my city.
In my free time, I love cooking and drinking beer. Most of the time together!
Why Vancouver
One reason I love Vancouver is it is probably the only place in Canada where there is no snow. Other than that there are million other reasons.
The combination of mountain and sea makes it a unique treat to watch. Every day I walk to work, if there is some snow in the mountains (it only snow on the top of the mountain, I'm good) it looks so cool that my mouth goes wow. Every day!
Vancouver is very multicultural, and that is one of the best things. I never get bored of eating the same food every day!
During winter it rains quite a bit and it is always cloudy (you get things done at work), but summer is the best. From visiting a glacier lake to camping on the beach, there are so many things to and so little summer :(
Where else can you find me online?

"CRAFT Beer Market" in Vancouver is my favourite place to sip a beer, relax and hang out with friends with one of the 140 beers on tap and some Maui ribs.

"Granville Island Public Market" in Vancouver is very close to where I love, so I come here mostly to get veggies, some good meat and sweet treats!

"Steamworks Brewing Co" Vancouver (est 1995) is Canada's only steam-powered brewery! I don't know if it's the steam but the beers are fresh and tasty here.

"Library Square Public House" in Vancouver is a great place to catch some soccer action on their big screens. They also have good specials on draft beers!

"Green Leaf Brewing Co." in Vancouver is a small brewery located in a cozy, waterfront market. It was the perfect cure after I came back from Bavaria...
By
"Trees Organic Coffee" in Vancouver advertises itself as the maker of the 'best cheesecake in town'. I didn't believe them, but it's even better than that!

"The Roxy Cabaret" in Vancouver is my favorite club to dance to live music. Every Friday and Saturday there is always a good band playing...

"Lonsdale Quay Market" in Vancouver is home to more than 50 specialty shops, a restaurant and a brewery. I can easily spend a whole afternoon here...
