I'm Emilia, I'm Italian and I have been living in Brussels since 2018. I'm a food enthusiast who loves discovering new spots, as well as experimenting with different cuisines by cooking for friends and family.
Why Brussels?
Brussels is a unique city, a multinational crossroads that brings together people from all over the world and with different cultures. One of the things I love about Brussels is the chance to try food from so many different cuisines. You can never really get bored here!
You order a bouillon, which can have different bases, meat or veggie options. Add the sauces, what you would like to eat and then the magic happens.

My favorite is Spanakopita, a buttery & flaky phyllo pastry with a filling of cooked spinach and feta cheese. For dessert I recommend a slice of Bougatsa!
