Republic 24 is located at First Republic square in Tbilisi - the location is quite handy, near the main avenue of Tbilisi, in front of the Raddison Blue Iveria Hotel.
The diner is part of Republic restaurant and hall, this place has been open just since early 2020 but has already gained the love of so many people. My friends and I found this place just a few days ago and I can say I already love it!
The concept of Republic 24 is simple and comfortable - a modern and simple interior and an interesting menu, a combo of Georgian and foreign dishes. For me, as a Georgian, it was not usual to eat “traditional” khinkali with Asian flavors, but I loved it! Of course, it can't replace the taste of traditional khinkali, but sometimes it's very interesting to make experiments with new flavors. Their traditional khinkali was also amazing, the dough was exceptionally delicious, as I found, unlike the traditional method, it boils in steam and exactly that is what makes it unusual. I just have to mention the warm and attentive staff.
Also: this place is open 24/7! I think this is the best 24-hour place where you can eat deliciously! Also an interesting fact: they have 3 menus during the day, so depending on what time you go, you can try a different meal.
