Tbili Sio is situated in a wine factory in the heart of the city. The wine factory was renovated a few years ago and now is a fully functioning open space where you can find many different kinds of bars, restaurants and "Tbili Sio", my favorite place there. It is a lovely place to enjoy some great food and drink some good homemade wine. My favorite meal there is the baked potato with mushrooms, cheese and cream.
it is so special because of its location: it has spaces for a few different situations. There are swinging chairs for chilling, a beautiful garden for a friendly gathering and a cozy glasshouse for meetings.
I love being there in any situation, especially in summer -- I take all my foreign friends there because it really is a spot to see in Tbilisi. It has great atmosphere, nice wine and delicious meals and you have a lot of green spaces around. Those are my favorite things on Earth.
