In the Netherlands the "roze koek" is a phenomenon (a small cake with a sweet pink fondant layer on top), however, this store has a really nice twist to it, as it sells "rozenkoek". This is a cookie (available in the original or chocolate) filled with white ganache and topped with small rosebuds. The rose flavour is also added to the cookie, which makes it unique and delicious. It is based on a traditional family recipe from the owner.
Even if you are not a big fan of the floral flavour of the cookie (which I highly recommend), the store is also nice to visit, as it is a cute bakery with nice greenery in front and bookcases inside. It is mainly a bakery, but you can also visit for some coffee if you would like.
