I believe that every store has its speciality, so I find that the best mille-feuille in town is served at Konstandinidis.
Located in the corner of Pavlou Mela and Mitropoleos, Konstandinidis offer daily, fresh mille-feuille that they prepare when you order it. Actually if you walk by Pavlou Mela, you will be able to see from the window the hundreds of biscuits which are sitting on the stainless bench, waiting for you to order them!
First they take one layer of biscuit, then they add the cream, and then again the same, until they've this delicacy for you. At the end, they break the last final biscuit on top and voilà!
Unfortunately there aren't any tables to sit and enjoy, so you have to take it away, but when you have a spectacular view over the sea a few meters away, who wouldn't want to go and sit on a bench below Lefkos Pirgos and enjoy his dessert at sunset?
