If you’ve not yet visited the pyramid of Tirana, you really must! In recent years, the space has been rejuvenated, creating a cool and inviting area for youth and all other ages to come and enjoy time in the city.
Within the massive structure, there are now a number of fun cafes and restaurants, and Bana’s is definitely my recommendation to visit.
With a huge array of handmade sandwiches, pastas and salads available, you won't be disappointed with your choice.
There is both the option to sit indoors in the cool aircon or upstairs in their outdoor seating area; I usually choose to sit here if I can find a space as here you have great views of the Boulevard and the surrounding area. It’s a great place to people-watch and chat with friends over your lunch.
The other thing that is great about Bana’s is that once you have ordered, you may go and find somewhere to sit, and the staff will hand you a little buzzer which will tell you once your food is ready. I love this as it clears the till area of people hanging around, making it much easier to see your options for what to order.
