As a smoker who is forced to have a drink while smoking outside in the cold winter, I've started to look for places that are "gentle" to people who smoke, meaning warm places. So, it was one of those where-should-we-sit-for-drinks kind of night that I discovered the Bla Bla public bar. The place is nice to have warm wine or cocktails. The whole outside area is filled with heaters to warm the place up.
The nights are super full. I love how they invite DJs to play music but it's not the kind of music to dance to or that doesn't leave you room to talk. I mean it is loud and good but you can still actually listen to each other while talking. Most clients are groups of people aged around 25-30.
What also surprised me is the fact that they serve hot drinks even if it's past 21:00 o' clock (which rarely happens in Tirana). So yes, I may want to have a hot cup of chocolate with vanilla sprinkles and cookies and then get drunk on Mojito, people are weird, the bars should get over it.
Anyways, the winter is long and full of terrors (as GOT fans would say) and if you don't want to freeze with a cigar in your hands, I know this cool place named Bla Bla where you can go ;).
