So if you're interested in going to an Art Gallery in Tirana, most tour guides would just take you to the National Art Gallery. It is great and has a lot of amazing works BUT I prefer to suggest another one which I deeply love: The FAB Gallery. This gallery is part of the University of Arts in Tirana and mostly exhibits and promotes students' and new artists' work who, to be honest, need the most support.
The reason I like to spend so much time at this place is because the philosophy of it is simple: do something for modern art and culture before it's too late. Almost every week there is a different event there, mostly painting or photo exhibitions but there are times when they play short movies too. The gallery is open for everyone and most of the time the entry is totally free. Another great thing to see is the entrance of the gallery: the walls are filled with colorful abstract graffitis.
