Libraria Veranda is my favourite spot in the Blloku area. If you like Irish Pubs then it will be your favourite too, only make sure you are at least 21 years old. I can find a variety of beers at Libraria from local beers like Korça to foreign beers like Paulaner, Heineken, Kaiser, Tuborg, Stela, Veltins and my favourite Austrian beer Gösser. When I am a little bit hungry then I usually go for the Chicken Wings, Nachos or Pommes Frites.
Libaria has an indoor and outdoor area. The library terrace is amazing in summer, when I can have my beer and see the stars. The place is very nice and it has very friendly staff. There is also a big screen where you can watch music videos or a football match when there is one being played. All those car plates and the names of various alcoholic drinks hanging on the wall will immediately grab your attention and they will challenge your knowledge on the alcoholic drinks ;). They do it constantly, every time I go there.
Be careful because Libraria gets full very fast! Thus, in order to have a place after 20:00 or 20:30 you might need to reserve in advance.
